With over 48 years of experience in design and construction, Mamo Meaza provides strategic leadership and deep industry expertise across mass transit, infrastructure, and building construction projects. His career spans medium to large construction organizations, where he has consistently delivered high-quality results through disciplined execution and collaborative leadership. Mamo is the Founder and President of WECC, Inc., leading complex civil and infrastructure projects throughout the eastern United States. He previously served as Principal of Facility Management, Inc., providing facility management and construction services for the National Institutes of Health (NIH) for more than three years. In addition, Mamo is the Owner and Managing Partner of a real estate company focused on the development, acquisition, and management of commercial rental properties. His comprehensive experience—from design and construction to financial and operational management—enables him to guide projects from concept to completion while meeting client expectations for schedule, quality, and budget. Mamo’s leadership philosophy is grounded in empowerment, accountability, and mentorship. He is committed to developing the next generation of builders and leaders, strengthening teams and creating lasting value for clients and communities.
