His career reflects a hands-on understanding of construction operations paired with a strong ability to guide teams, manage risk, and build trusted relationships with clients and project partners. Marty has successfully led projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing scopes of work, budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communications. Known for his calm, solutions-oriented mindset, he excels at navigating challenges, maintaining momentum, and ensuring projects remain aligned with quality, safety, and performance expectations. Throughout his career, Marty has served in key leadership roles including Project Manager, General Superintendent, and Construction Manager, where he strengthened project execution through clear planning, proactive problem-solving, and team engagement. His leadership style emphasizes accountability, open communication, and respect for the craft—creating job sites where collaboration and efficiency thrive. With a foundation rooted in both field operations and management, Marty contributes valuable insight into construction sequencing, cost control, and schedule optimization.
